At First...

Sometimes, as a mom, you're not so quick on the uptake. Too many brain cells burned during pregnancy.

At first...

I thought it was very sweet when Andrew ran to me with a wet cloth and told me he was cleaning. I thought it was even sweeter when he began cleaning our leather couches with said cloth.

And then, as I caught the distinct smell of urine, I realized he'd used his own special water to wet the cloth.

For those who are as slow on the uptake as me, I mean his pee.

Special times.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! But also, I'm sorry. I had my nieces over a couple of weeks ago, and one of them (2.5 yr old) peed in the playroom. I didn't know though, because she was wearing a costume when she did. She took off the costume and hid the evidence in a bin. TWO DAYS LATER, I walked into the toyroom and almost barfed. The bin was right next to the window, so the sun had baked the urine for two days. Why did it take me two days to go in there? Because I refuse to clean up the kids' messes and just yell at them to go clean the playroom. After two days I guess they couldn't handle it and said, "Can you come into the toy room because it smells like pee pee." Awesome.

Hahaha oh Nat, that is classic. It sounds like something I would do. There are certain places in the house I avoid like the plague and just hope they haven't been set on fire.
Pee is gross.
